Married Male - MM1

You drive home in your Lexus like a robot.  Nothing registers other than stopping, starting.  Rolling with the traffic is automatic.  You pull in your driveway, but leave the car out.  You don’t feel like putting the car in.  Maybe you’ll go out to dinner tonight…

“Hi honey,” you yell as you come in the door.

“I’m here,” you hear coming from the kitchen.  You walk to her and put your arms around her saying, “I love you.”

“What’s wrong?” she asks.

“Dear, let’s sit down.  We need to talk…”

  1. Hello Mr. Vance,
I have been following your blog Two Minute Conservative every day for several months now. I very much look forward to the Apocalypse Asteroid.

Thank you for your good works

  2. Thank you so much. I have not done more work on this due to a lack of time and this kind of sci-fi story is of little interest to me other than the dynamics it sets up, i.e. the opportunities to put people in really bizarre situations and then write them through them, but I hope to get back to it some time soon.

  3. None of us know the day or the time, death is inevitable for us all. This puts and end time for us and we can choose how we behave, either as wimps or as men. As a man, I think I could make great use of the remaining days by completing my bucket list as best as I could and day happy with my family around me. I think we all could see it coming as it nears the earth.

  4. You challenge many, if not all, while most live as if life is forever and I think it may well be as I document in my new book "Your Next Life" on reincarnation. I had a previous life as a framer in SW Wisconsin and believe we all have had previous lives, but few realize it.
